*** 2007 “Laura” Chardonnay NEW RELEASE $19.50
The “Laura Block” has again delivered its unique flavour characteristics of white peaches supported by ruby grapefruit nuances. The nose shows classic Chardonnay fruit, supported by aromas of vanilla and spice derived from the time spent in small barrels, being a combination of American and French oak. A sweet, rich fruit flavour enhances the appeal of the wine upfront, and the natural acidity ensures a clean long finish.

Seductively pale and pink this fragrant rosé is drained from Sangiovese & Cabernet grapes. Floral and perfumed aromatics of rose petal and berry with a light and refreshingly delicious palate. The wine has a dry finish with just a hint of tannin making this the perfect summer food partner.

*2005 Merlot Cabernet $25.00
Bright raspberry red colours and a nose that reflects the elements of raspberries intermixed with floral notes. The Merlot fruit is most dominant on the nose and is well supported by spicy oak aromas. The palate shows elegance and has good length with the Merlot again dominating. The inclusion of a little Cabernet Sauvignon has added a hint of blackcurrant to the flavour.

**2005 “Timothy” Premium Shiraz $25.00
Rich plum in colour, sweet spicy fruit nose enhanced by a blanket of oak, are the instant appealing features in this wine. The oak influence flows over to the palate in a complexity of flavours and tannins, enhancing an array of fresh ripe blackberries with a peppery backbone. Great persistence of finish completes this seamless wine.

*2007 “Sweet Grace” Botrytised Sauvignon Blanc $27.00
A selected block of Sauvignon Blanc was allowed to dessicate and develop botrytis on the vine before careful hand harvesting. The results are rich and delicious. Aromatics of grapefruit, pear and bitter orange are backed with a honeyed and luxuriously thick palate. The finish is clean and lengthy. This wine will pair with most desserts and be sublime with all cheeses – particularly soft blues.
